All real and virtual societies are in need of certain rules and regulations to define authorities and reliabilities of the society members. Such rules and regulations are referred to in case of disputes in order to recognize the individuals’ potential breaches and liabilities. All users are required to accept the terms of use prescribed by this document to use Dook application and website. The users’ are also required to limit their activities to the predefined permitted framework.

Sign Up and Profile Information

By signing up or completing the profile information you agree:

• Not to sign up other businesses without their permission
• No to impersonate real and legal persons, including companies, institutions, and organizations by using their mobile numbers or pictures in the user profile
• Not to include offensive contents, obscene images, or insults to individuals, ethnic groups, and sacred things in your username or profile picture
• Make sure all profile information are true and based on reality
• Do not transfer your profile to the others

Dook preserves the right to suspend or terminate the user profiles violating the said regulations.

Content

“Content” refers to all images, videos, texts, etc. shared by the users as blogpost, comment, or chat message. We reserve the right to control the shared content, but we have no liability for such contents. The user who shares a content is solely liable for the shared content, and Dook does not guarantee validity of the shared contents. After signing up in Dook, your profile is public by default. Posts shared by a public profile can be viewed by all users. Users can change their profile to private in order to manage viewing their posts. In this mode, the published posts can be viewed only by the user’s followers.

By sharing contents on Dook you agree:

• To make sure your contents comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran
• Not to include offensive contents, obscene images, or insults to individuals, ethnic groups, and sacred things in your posts
• Not to share contents irrelevant to the environment of this application
• Not to promote other websites and applications in your posts or comments
• Not to share concepts or content that violate the other individuals or businesses’ copy rights
• Not to publish confidential information of the government, individuals, and businesses

Dook reserves the right to suspend or remove the contents that violate the above regulations.

Finally, Dook reserves the right to close your account and suspend your membership in case of breaching the software regulations and laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Please be noted that terms of this agreement might change at any time without prior notice. The users’ will be informed of the potential changes.

Privacy

Collecting and using information for a better and faster experience of Dook services:

We collect some of the information that you enter before confirming your access to certain services. Please be noted that we collect only the information that are deemed necessary to use the services. You may see the list of permissions requested by the application below:

• Voice
  The application needs this permission to let you send voice messages in chats.
• Read from or write on the memory
  Some services required downloading information from the server. Permission to write on or reading from the memory is required for this purpose.
• Location
  We need this permission to position your business or work address accurately
• Camera
  This permission is required for uploading blogpost or product images or uploading profile pictures
• We use the latest encryption methods and physical security devices to protect your initial data.
